Lake Togo is known as a nickname “lake of crane” and a brackish-water lake in a prefectural natural park.
Lake Togo is also familiar as one of the eight sceneries of San'in.

Hawai Hot Spring is surrounded with the sea, lake, mountains.
We prepare fresh food from the sea, which is freshly landed from the Sea of Japan,food from lake water, which is delivered from the Togo Lake, and food from mountains, which is richly harvested in San'in resion.
Seasonally foods which is locally gathered, carefully selected, and cooked with chef's art.
Dishes special to Saika are served with our hospitality.
